Hops: With legs together jump side to side.
Mud Runs: Similiar to running through tires. Hop onto each leg with a wide stance.
Ice skaters: Extend one leg behind the other to the side, alternating to look like an ice skating glide.
Jump rope: Either with or without one. Just Mimic the movement.
Legs in an out: In a half squat position, bring legs in and out, staying low.
Floor Pops: From the ground jump and turn behind you to touch the ground again.
