I think the biggest problem people have is running before they can walk. You cannot go from doing next to no exercise to 200+ crunches etc and an hour cardio in one day. It will be an unpleasant experience and you will be seriously sore the next day, demotivating you to continue.

My first 3 days:
I honestly feel so good! Emotionally good. Happier within myself, more alert and energized. I’m finding myself saying no to thing, not because i’m trying to be healthy, because i genuinely don’t want it. I’m eating healthier and actually enjoying it.
